Project Management Security
Examination of the formalistic approach to assessing risk in an Information Security and Project Management differs, and contrasting these two domains provides a foundational understanding of the two different philosophies of each, with risk mitigation as a common thread. The end goal is to help the IA and PM practitioner understand the suitable interplay between these two subjects.
Both domains (IA and PM) should be harmonized in the practitioner’s approach to risk management so as to compliment, rather than conflict with, each other. This seminar will provide the practitioner with an appropriate risk mitigation framework that will provide value in the IA and PM areas of endeavor.
